5-Axis Vertical Articulated Robot Arm OVR5035K1-V
This is a vertical articulated robot arm with a mass of just 12.5 kg. All axes use standard catalog products from Oriental Motor's αSTEP AZ series. The motor in the drive section is a DC power input type, so it is easy to run the power line and can be flexibly installed on a line or when changing the layout. In addition, it is battery-powered, so it can be mounted on transport robots (AGV, AMR, GTP, etc.)

The mechanical absolute sensor "ABZO sensor" installed in the AZ series constantly manages position information. This eliminates the need for external sensors that were previously required for return-to-origin operation, enabling a sensorless design.

This is an example of how to install an electric hand (product name: EH3-AZAKH). It can be easily installed by combining it with an ISO9409 compliant flange (product name: P3F1).

| System Configuration
All items except the robot arm and motor are to be ordered separately. The recommended driver is the small DC power input type driver AZD-KD. Operation data and parameters can be set and operation commands can be input via RS-485 communication. The
recommended capacity of the DC24V power supply is 600W.

The protocol supports Modbus (RTU) and can be connected to touch panels, computers, etc. Please purchase a relay cable separately according to the distance from the bottom of the S-axis (rotation) hollow rotary actuator to the installed driver.
