Small robot OVR 6-axis vertical articulated
The 6-axis vertical articulated OVR6048K1-V
motor allows you to approach the workpiece from any angle. The arm drive uses Harmonic Drive®, and even with 6 motor axes, it is designed to be lightweight at 12.5 kg. The maximum reach is 480 mm (horizontal) and the payload is 1 kg.

The main unit weighs only 12.5 kg and requires a space of 130 x 130 mm.
It is easy to carry and install, so it can be flexibly installed on a line or when changing the layout. It is
powered by a 24V DC power supply, so it can be installed on a transport robot if a battery-compatible driver is used.
- Approaching various angles by rotating and bending the wrist axis
A motor for wrist rotation has been added to the fourth axis of the five-axis articulated robot.
This allows the wrist axis to be rotated and bent to approach various angles. This
allows the robot to convey workpieces at different angles, and to convey workpieces horizontally in front of the robot.

Robot control is easy using the robot controller MRC01 and the programming software MRC Studio.
The recommended drivers to connect to the MRC01 are the small DC power input type driver AZD-KD or the mini driver AZD-KR2D.
*The MRCU series of robot controller units, which combine the MRC01 and AZD-KR2D in one package, is also available.
